She also holds the Accredited Buyer Representive ( ABR ) designation, which allows her to provide exclusive representation for the Buyer in a real estate transaction. She is graduate of the real estate instiute, giving her the GRI designation. In addition to these, Donna is honored to hold the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist, or SRES.
Seniors Real Estate Specialists are REALTORS qualified to meet the needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council ( SAREC ) offers a special designation, SRES , to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
By earning the SRES designation, Donna has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel her senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Donna has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
